Our commitment

Zero tolerance. Clear action.

Abuse, exploitation, harassment, retaliation, and any behavior that compromises a child's dignity or safety have no place in our sport.

Concerns are handled discreetly and shared only with people responsible for safeguarding action.

Every child's rights

  • Be treated with dignity and respect
  • Train without abuse, harassment, or exploitation
  • Be listened to and taken seriously
  • Know who to speak to when something feels wrong

Every adult's duty

  • Maintain clear coach–athlete boundaries
  • Never be alone with a child in an avoidable or hidden setting
  • Respond to disclosures calmly and without blame
  • Report concerns promptly; never investigate them personally
